Summer vacation looks a bit different this year so WE'RE helping you embrace the STAY-cation!

We're all trying to stay closer to home this year and while that might mean your typical summer vacation was canceled, it doesn't mean there's no way to enjoy the summer. So, WE'VE compiled a list of staycation spots within driving distance of Forsyth County. Stay safe and enjoy!

1. Lake Lanier Islands Beach & Water park

2. Stone Mountain Park

Nestled in 3200 acres of natural beauty, Stone Mountain Park features family-friendly attractions, outdoor recreational activities and a variety of on-site lodging options so you can stay where you play! You also don't want to miss exciting seasonal events and entertainment sure to delight every member of the family. https://www.stonemountainpark.com/

3. Six Flags Over Georgia

With so many choices, where do you begin? Right here. Take a look at all the amazing things to do while at Six Flags Over Georgia — from pulse-pounding roller coasters to gentler options for tots. Take a break at one of our entertaining shows and catch a bite at one of our restaurants. Don't forget to pick up your souvenirs so you can remember the day!

4. Georgia Aquarium
