*Transfer all utilities into your name ASAP, if not done already
*Contact Termite Company to confirm warranty/bond has been transferred to your name
*Re-Key your locks. Nobody know how many keys are out there! Mr. Locksmith 770-842-5258

*It may take up to 12 weeks for the original deed to be returned to you from the closing attorney. If you receive anything telling you to pay money for your deed, IGNORE IT! Your closing attorney will send you your original, recorded deed.
*When you get original Warranty Deed, put in safe deposit box, along with Owner's Title Insurance Policy.
*File for Homestead Exemption - Deadline is April 1st.
