• New listings: 530 (12.8% increase)
• Month’s Supply: 3.6 (13.2% increase)

Lake Lanier with Dock

• Inventory jumped +84 new listings
• 27 Lake homes sold in April
• +10 over March 
• -12 from last April

Dawson County

• Total single family home sales: 52 (20.0% decrease)
• Median sales price: $243,000 (1.3% increase)
• Average sales price: $315,000 (2.6% increase)
• Total active listings: 200 (13.0% decrease)
• New listings: 66 (3.1% increase)
• Month’s Supply: 4.1 (17.9% decrease)
